Since our inception, we have been committed to training apprentices, some of whom now hold senior positions in site and office based roles within the company.

McNab has a formal apprentice training program and currently has 27 apprentices. The program takes you through a process of practical and theoretical learning within our supportive and professional work environment, to become a fully qualified tradesperson.
