This McNab program is designed for current university students who want to develop their skills and gain practical experience within the construction industry.

All cadets receive a salary throughout the program, study assistance and work flexibility. During the course of the training program, cadets spend time on a rotation-basis with the:

• Estimating team
• Site based construction team
• Contract Administration and Project Management
• Design team
