Aged Care & Retirement.
State-of-the-art solutions for a rapidly evolving sector.
We work with the leading aged care and retirement providers in Australia, staying at the forefront of innovation to ensure their new facilities stand-out from the competition today and into the future. We specialise in early contractor involvement (ECI) services, from staging and master planning, stakeholder consultation, concept designs, design development with ongoing and final GMP prior to construction documentation. Through clever design thinking and consultation, we provide an environment that enables providers to deliver the highest level of care for residents and their families, whilst simultaneously reducing build and ongoing operational / maintenance costs.

The Village at Coorparoo $90m.
The Village at Coorparoo was voted 2017 Best Retirement Village in Australia (Property Council of Australia National Awards), as well as 2015's Best Overall Development in Australia (UDIA National Awards). In addition to handing over every stage ahead or on schedule, our team worked tirelessly to minimise disruption to the existing residents as well as ensure the handover and 'move-in' process was a relaxing one. We have now completed four developments for long term client, The Village Retirement Group.
