Details: Work has now commenced on the luxury Banc Apartments at Toowong. Banc features Gaggenau & Liebherr appliances, butlers pantry, built-in balcony BBQs and wine fridges, home automation, imported stone finishes, warm elegant interiors with expansive outdoor balconies to take in the view of the Brisbane CBD and Brisbane river. 


Aria Valencia Residences, Kangaroo Point.

Detail: McNab are proud to have been selected by multi-award winning developer ARIA to undertake their upcoming 125 luxury apartment 12 storey development at Kangaroo Point. The project is currently in design (working with Rothelowman Architects), and due for site commencement mid 2017.



The Duke Apartments, Woolloongabba.

Detail: Located adjacent to the Gabba Cricket Ground (and suspiciously topping out during the Twenty20 Cricket series), this design and construct project includes 125 luxury 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with a three level basement. The project marks the 6th project for long-term client Blue Sky Private Real Estate.


Iconic at Kirra Apartments, Kirra.

Detail: McNab have worked closely with architects DBI Design on this design and construct project with works now well underway on site. Iconic at Kirra includes 98 luxury apartments, retail tenancies, community facilities and 2.5 level basement and will be a landmark development for this incredible part of the Gold Coast.


The Pad Student Accommodation, $26m Woolloongabba.

Detail: This was one of two projects associated with operators 'The Pad' in 2016. Why did we get recommended for a second job? That would be because we D&C'd this 286 room building (12 storey, 3 basement levels) in just 48 weeks.


Pure Apartments, Spring Hill.

Detail: Works are progressing ahead of schedule on the 93 apartment Pure Development (including 2.5 level basement) and a collaborative approach has developed between McNab, the client and the consultant team. Pure affords its residents the luxury of unparalleled suburban views thanks to its unique and enviable position atop Spring Hill.   


Vivir Apartments, Circa Nundah $17m.

Detail: McNab teamed up with long-term client Property Solutions to deliver 54 beautifully designed one, two and three-bedroom apartments within the $270m award winning Circa Nundah Village precinct. 


King's College Student Accommodation.

Detail: King's College trusted McNab to undertake their 39 bedroom student accommodation expansion due to our staged handover experience and flexibility in live environments, and needless to say we didn't disappoint.
