We are working with HealtheCare through our ECI model to deliver their much anticipated hospital expansion and rehabilitation clinic. Early works completed thus far include the refurbishment of an existing facility in to a new mental health ward. The full expansion project will see construction of a new 20-room rehabilitation ward with hydrotherapy pool, gym, lounge, consulting suites and undercroft parking, as well as refurbishment of existing hospital patient rooms, a nurses’ station, dining rooms and office facilities.
