The Port of Brisbane engaged McNab to design and construct a specialised logistics and distribution facility for their tenant Arrow. The 8,937 sqm warehouse with dado panel and Colorbond wall cladding is supported by a small office and 12 m super awning. Our design and consultant team understand the Port of Brisbane geotechnical uniqueness due to being reclaimed land. The structural design has included extensive ground improvement works to firm the ground to alleviate these issues, which included the over 4,000 sqm of CFC piers for the warehouse slab.
