We completed the design, construction and full internal fitout of this Kennards Self Storage facility for Precinct Holdings in October 2020. Located on a busy intersection in Southport, the six-level facility includes 785 storage units with a variety of small and large storage solutions. This is a much needed facility to serve the booming Gold Coast population, with the public release of 1,400 apartments in the former Commonwealth Games Village and the 8,500 new apartments within the Southport Priority Development Area.
