Completed in 2018, Banc is a prestigious 15-storey residential development on Coronation Drive, featuring 34 boutique apartments, each with private lift access, spacious living areas, wrap-around balconies and striking aluminium feature exterior panelling. We designed a sleek glass balustrade system for Banc, a first of its kind, using a unique post tensioned balcony threshold design to achieve the expansive wrap-around balconies, giving all residents unobstructed riverfront views.
