Working in partnership with Stockland Living, we’re progressing well with design and construction of the stunning Beach Homes development at Bokarina Beach. Positioned within Stockland’s Oceanside master planned community, we completed 46 2- and 3-storey terrace homes in 2020, creating the first built-form in the area. We’re now underway with construction of a further 44 terrace homes, and working with Stockland through our ECI process the next stage of seven buildings with 49 double storey homes.
