Completed in 2019, this luxurious retirement development on the Sunshine Coast was our second project working in partnership with Aveo. The 38 independent living units were built across 14 buildings with a central community space that includes a pool, kitchen facilities, meeting rooms, craft and games rooms, gym, hairdressing salon, large private dining room, library, and an outdoor alfresco dining area overlooking the pool.
