FROM FORMWORK TO FOREMAN – WILL’S CAREER GROWTH
Will kicked off his McNab journey on the Sunshine Coast as a carpenter, bringing a solid background in concreting and residential builds.
When he saw the Awaken project self-performing the formwork, he was keen to get involved. A quick chat with Grant Piper led to an intro to Brad Kratzmann — and soon enough, Will was on the job.
The project was a winner (literally – it picked up awards), and Will’s efforts saw him step up to Leading Hand. So when the chance came to be a Supervisor, he didn’t hesitate.
Now, he’s working towards becoming a Sub-Foreman.
His advice: “Jump at every opportunity to do something new or learn something new, and try to see the value in everything.”
