Employee Referral Program Bonus Amounts

Refer to McNab’s Employee Referral Program (ERP) Guidelines, which can be downloaded via intelliHR for all definitions and terms and conditions.

Bonus amounts*	Vacant position demand level
$10,000	Level 1 - High priority roles	These are updated at the discretion of the Senior Management and the Recruitment team. Roles are identified based on market demands and availability of talent and communicated/marketed as appropriate to highlight urgency.
$5,000	Level 2	Project Manager (Construction), Senior Contract Administrator, Senior Estimator/Cost Planner, Senior Design Manager, Senior Development Manager, Site Manager (Construction), and any other Senior Management/Area Leader or Executive level position.
$3,000	Level 3	Design Manager, Design Coordinator, Development Manager, Assistant Development Manager, Sales Manager, Estimator/Cost Planner, Project Engineer, Safety Business Partner, Safety Advisor, Contract Administrator, Foreman, Customer Care, other key P&L business roles such as MBS & Supplyhaus (not Construction) – Project Manager, Foreman/Site Manager.
$1,500	Level 4	Assistant Sales, Safety Officer, Sub Foreman/Leading Hand, Cadet, Receptionist, Project Administrator, Qualified Carpenters. All positions in corporate and related support teams (except management or executive level positions) including Finance, HR, Marketing, IT, Change, Innovation and Administration)
$1,000	Level 5	Fabricators/Boilermakers, Riggers, Forklift Drivers, Yardperson, Labourers, Apprentices and any other trade and labour-based roles.
