Refer someone you’d trust to build with, and we’ll thank you for it! Our 2025 Referral Bonus has now launched, and is open to McNab Group Staff, Subbies and Clients. Refer a friend during July and August, and you could score a referral bonus on eligible, priority roles.

McNab Referral Bonus offer period is 1 July 2025 until 31 August 2025 or advised.
Referral Bonus available to current McNab Staff, Subcontractors, and Clients only and fully at McNab’s discretion.
To be eligible, candidates must have like-for-like experience per our role requirements and will be subject to McNab’s normal recruitment standards, checks and interview process.
Referral must be completed and submitted online via our ‘Refer a friend’ form.
One Referral Bonus paid per candidate placed in an available and open role at McNab. McNab reserves the right to remove roles as applications are received and positions are filled during this offer period.
In the instance of multiple referrals for one candidate, first submitted will receive the Referral Bonus.
Previous referrals known to the business are not eligible for this Referral Bonus offer, unless otherwise negotiated or an approved returning staff member.
The Referral Bonus payment will be paid after 4 weeks of employment. The payment will need to be made via your employer (invoiced) or paid directly if you hold an ABN.
