Request for Access to Undertake Survey Work

As part of our planned construction project at 80 Araluen Street Kedron and adjacent to your property, it is necessary for us to conduct a comprehensive site survey and dilapidation survey to ensure all conditions are appropriately documented and addressed in the design to mitigate any potential issues. 

We respectfully request your permission to enter your property at the date(s) and times specified in your letter.

• If these dates are not convenient, we would be happy to discuss alternative arrangements that suit your schedule.

• Please be assured that all access will be carried out with the utmost respect for your property and privacy.

• Our team will take all necessary precautions to ensure that the surveying process is conducted safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

• Additionally, any findings from the survey will be shared with you as part of our commitment to transparency and collaborative problem solving.

• We kindly ask that you indicate your consent for access by signing our digital form. Upon completion, a copy of this will be emailed to you for your records.
