The McNab 2025

Group update
A message from Michael & Kunjan
Hi everyone,
We’ve finally made it to the end of 2025 and it’s been an enormous year across the Group. That success comes down to our customers, partners, subcontractors, consultants and of course our hardworking McNab elves right across the business.
There’s been plenty of noise across the industry about challenges like labour constraints and cost escalation. In true fashion, and if you’re receiving this email, you’re one of the people that have helped us all lean in, stayed focused and just got on with it. That mindset delivered real results and it’s one we’ll continue to carry forward.
We’ve seen strong momentum across the Group. We delivered projects our customers are genuinely proud of. Supplyhaus secured major work with other builders across the market. We launched three new developments. MBS gained real traction restoring ageing buildings and improving the homes people live in every day. We also welcomed new businesses into the Group, strengthening what we can deliver together.
Looking ahead, 2026 marks 30 years of McNab, a milestone we’re incredibly proud of. We’ve got exciting plans ahead, a two billion dollar pipeline locked in and plenty of opportunities to get involved in. Strap yourselves in.
Below is a snapshot of some of our highlights, and if you haven’t already, we encourage you to check out our 2025 Beyond Limits company video.
Have a safe and happy holiday break and we look forward to seeing you in the new year.
Kind regards,
Michael McNab & Kunjan Ganatra

The Supplyhaus team hit a milestone recently, now delivering and installing more than $100 million worth of products to building sites, and not just to projects built by McNab construction. What began as an in-house capability has evolved into a trusted partner for external builders and developers, helping teams access high quality products faster, reduce friction on site, and lift productivity where it matters most.
Supplyhaus 2026 comes with a deliberate shift in focus as we work with McNab Construction and other builders equally. Opening our doors beyond the Group hasn’t just expanded the pipeline; it’s sharpened how the business operates. The response from the market has been incredible, and as more external partners experience the value, quality and reliability Supplyhaus delivers, demand continues to grow.

MBS is all about breathing new life into dated buildings, and this year has been a defining one for the team.
As our capability has expanded across commercial, multi-residential and industrial projects, so too has the trust our clients have placed in us. That trust has underpinned some standout milestones, including the completion of No.1 Hastings Street in Noosa, and the securing of significant new renovation projects such as Vision Apartments in Caloundra and Oceana at Broadbeach.
While delivering more than $20 million in work this year, what’s mattered most is the great feedback from our residents for how the team shows up… bringing care, craftsmanship and confidence to complex refurbishment projects all while operating in building where people live and work.
Project completion: No 1 on Hastings Street, Sunshine Coast
The full-scale transformation of this prestigious 24-unit complex overlooking Noosa Main Beach is now complete, with residents moving back, just in time for Christmas. The extensive works included painting, waterproofing, corrosion control, metalwork, a new lift and customised inclinator refurbishment, as well as concrete repairs, tiling, new retaining structures, landscaping and planting.
The result is a fully revitalised building, with MBS elevating residents’ homes, enhancing appeal for holidaymakers, boosting bookings, and adding long-term value for apartment owners.

Cleaner sites, smarter power: McNab invests Powershift
McNab has made a major move in accelerating the shift to cleaner construction by investing in Powershift, a Queensland-based leader in next-generation temporary power systems.
The partnership brings together two innovators committed to sustainability, with Powershift’s advanced mobile units replacing traditional diesel generators on sites with clean, quiet and rapidly deployable technology.
The energy system has already delivered strong results, cutting fuel use and emissions by up to 75 per cent, improving onsite working conditions and is a much cheaper alternative to traditional generators.

McNab expands steel capability with acquisition of BridgeFab
McNab has officially acquired BridgeFab, one of South East Queensland’s leading structural steel and metalwork companies. It’s a huge step forward for our steel offering to other developers and builders, and strengthens our growing presence in supply and hire across the market.
With Supplyhaus Steel and BridgeFab now under the McNab Group umbrella, we’ve got the scale and flexibility to deliver steel certainty end to end.
From bespoke jobs (BridgeFab) to major 300m+ projects (Supplyhaus), our two steel supply brands bring a steel capability of uncompromising quality, accuracy and precision, backed by reliability, a deep expertise and our ongoing innovation to support builders of any scale.

Building safe futures: McNab partners with industry to deliver new homes for vulnerable women
At McNab, giving back to the communities is at the heart of what we do, and this year we’re very proud to construct and handover four stunning apartments to The Lady Musgrave Trust that is now providing safe, secure housing for vulnerable women and their children.
Together with our subbies and consultants, McNab have contributed more than half a million dollars in support through donated labour, materials and professional services. This collective effort significantly reduced construction costs and allowed more funding to be directed towards supporting at-risk women.
The families have now moved in, and these apartments offer more than shelter - they provide stability, dignity and the opportunity for a fresh start. This project reflected the power of our industry coming together with purpose, and McNab was proud to stand alongside The Lady Musgrave Trust in helping create a safer future for women in need of support.

Maroochy Private Hospital: Delivered six weeks early through McNab Group’s vertical integration approach
We’ve brought world-class healthcare to the Sunshine Coast community through the construction of Maroochy Private Hospital, targeting a 4 Star Green Star rating and achieving exceptional sustainability outcomes.
Delivered as a true McNab Group initiative, the project brought together Supplyhaus, which supplied around 2,000 sqm of aluminium façade fins, screens and windows; Electrohire, providing extensive equipment hire and hoists; and Trades & Labour, supporting a range of trade and labour requirements. This integrated approach highlights the strength of McNab Group’s vertical integration and enabled the project to be handed over to the client six weeks ahead of schedule.
Investing to empower teams with cutting-edge technology
Across the McNab Group, we’re investing more than ever into technology and innovation to make our sites safer, smarter, and more productive. From data-led delivery to robotics, drones, and modular construction, we’re focused on practical technology that genuinely supports our teams and delivers better outcomes for our clients.
This year, we’ve begun exoskeleton trials across several projects - wearable technology designed to support workers, reduce fatigue, and extend careers for those who want to stay on the tools as they get older. It’s part of our broader commitment to improving productivity, diversity, and sustainability in an environment where skilled labour is harder to find.
Alongside this, we’re deepening our AI capability with predictive modelling and our own McNabGPT tools, giving our teams real-time insights to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
Our investment in innovation isn’t about replacing people, it’s about empowering them. By combining robotics, digital delivery, and modular solutions with the experience of our people, we’re helping shape the next generation of safer and smarter construction sites.
