About the Project
Tucked behind the preserved brickwork of the original Dixon Tannery in West End and discreetly set back from Montague Road, this thoughtfully curated collection of 81 residences offers a quiet retreat in one of Brisbane’s most dynamic postcodes. Construction Overview
Exciting progress is underway at The Tannery, West End, with Early Works now in motion. This phase includes demolition and the careful restoration of the heritage Dixon Tannery building.
We’re also very mindful of the heritage tree at the site frontage, recognising the significant value it adds to the community. All works in and around this tree will be undertaken with the guidance of a qualified arborist to ensure its protection.
