JCU contracted McNab to design and construct their new specialist teaching and student services precinct for handover in 2013. The high spec building fully integrates technology with a 150-seat active lecture theatre, 72-seat active learning space, 36-seat flexible seminar room, collaborative teaching lab and wet lab, learning centre and courtyard.
