Construction Update – June/July 2026

It's been an exciting few months on site, with Elements reaching a major milestone as the project has officially emerged above ground. For the first time, the building's form is becoming clearly visible, giving a real sense of the scale and presence these future homes.

After successfully completing the basement levels, the team poured the Ground Floor slab last month, marking the beginning of the building's vertical construction. Watch the video below as the team reflects on this significant milestone.

Since then, progress has continued at a strong pace, with the structure now advancing through Level 2. Over the coming months, each completed floor will make the building increasingly prominent within the Budds Beach streetscape.

Another important milestone has been the installation of the site gantry, which will soon accommodate the construction team's site offices and supporting facilities. Relocating these facilities into the gantry will free up valuable space on site, allowing construction of the building to continue progressing efficiently. Meanwhile, the jump form, used to construct the building's central core, continues to climb ahead of each new level. 

Along the eastern boundary, large precast concrete panels have also been installed, helping maintain construction momentum while providing another visible sign of progress on site.

Looking ahead, the team will continue progressing through the typical residential levels, focusing on completing the structural framework, installing essential building services and preparing each floor for its next concrete pour.
