Construction Update – April/May 2026

April marked a confident step forward on site, with works progressing through the basement structure, which has now reached the halfway point of construction.

The concrete pours for the lowest level, Basement Level 4, are now complete, establishing a robust foundation for the levels above and signalling the transition into the next phase of works.

Focus has now shifted to Basement Level 3, where the first and second structural pours for this level have been completed. These works included the formation of vertical structural elements, installation of reinforcement, detailed formwork, and the careful coordination of essential services. The third and final pour for this level will be poured intermittently, subject to favourable weather conditions.

In parallel, removal of the basement row 2 bracing was completed last month, paving the way for works to commence to the levels above.

The jump form system continues its steady ascent and is now positioned at ground level. From here, it will progressively climb, shaping the building’s central core as each level is delivered.

Looking ahead, the team will soon commence works to Basement Levels 2 and 1, before transitioning to above-ground construction approximately mid-year. An exciting milestone as Elements Budds Beach begins to emerge.
