Construction Update – March 2026

Last month at Elements, we reached a truly monumental milestone on site with the successful completion of the basement raft slab pour. A huge shout-out to our dedicated site team and contractors, whose skill, precision, and teamwork have made this achievement possible.

Following this achievement, progress within the basement structure continues at a strong pace. Installation of the jump form for the core walls is now complete. This is a specialised climbing system that facilitates construction of the building’s central concrete core, which houses the lifts and stairwells while providing key structural support. As each level is poured, the system “jumps” upward to form the next level, progressively revealing the glazing and façade as the structure rises.

At the same time, the bottom level of bracing in the basement has now been successfully removed, making way for works to progress to Basement 4. The first of three slab pours for Basement 4 has been completed, with the second and third pours scheduled to occur later this month.
