Construction Update – August 2025

Over the past month we’ve hit some major milestones on site. The underground D-Wall installation is now completed– a critical basement retention system that secures the foundations above.

With this stage wrapping up, the machinery will demobilise and make way for a 50-tonne excavator as we now commence digging down through the five basement levels.

If you’ve driven past recently, you’ll also notice the tower crane is now installed. It will remain on site for most of the project and will be the key workhorse for lifting heavy materials as construction progresses.
