Construction Update – July 2025

July saw continual momentum onsite at Elements, with the construction team making solid progress on the structural foundations that will soon support this boutique collection of residences.

At the heart of this activity is the construction of the Diaphragm Wall (D-Wall). This is a vital part of the underground retention system that will stabilise the surrounding earth during the next phase, basement excavation.

These D-Wall works are progressing well and are now approaching the halfway mark — a significant milestone in the early stages of construction.

As you can see in the video below, there is an impressive lineup of specialised machinery currently on site. This includes two Bauer GB50 D-Wall rigs, four 40-foot tanks, a Bentonite Mixer, and a Desander, all of which play a crucial role in the D-Wall process.

While the bulk of work in July remained focused below ground, the skyline is set to transform with the upcoming installation of the tower crane in the coming weeks.
