Construction Update – September 2025

The installation of the tower crane was a real highlight for the month. Check out the video below to see the action unfold firsthand.

The crane is really the heart of the project, helping us move into the next phase as we start lifting the heavier materials and watch the building take shape. It’s such an exciting step forward and a great sign of the momentum building onsite.

Another exciting transition underway is the move from completing the piling works to commencing bulk excavation. This means we’re now removing larger volumes of soil and rock to prepare for the basement levels, with four large excavators working hard onsite.

As part of this phase, the dewatering systems have also been installed. These systems help manage groundwater during excavation, keeping the site dry and safe as we dig deeper into the basement.

We’ve also completed construction of the Turiim Stretcher Stair System, providing safe and compliant access for the team as works progress deeper below ground.
