Construction Update – December

Even as the year winds down, Element’s site team certainly isn’t with the basement excavation powering ahead.

We’ve now reached 8.5 metres below natural ground level, putting us officially halfway through the basement excavation.

There’s still a long way to go, and while progress may not always be obvious from the street, a tremendous amount of work is happening behind the scenes to dig and prepare the basement levels. The team is really building momentum.

As excavation progresses, temporary steel bracing is being installed to support the basement walls and ensure the site remains safe and stable throughout this phase.

Element’s site team is taking a short break over the Christmas period from Friday, December 19, 2025, returning on Monday, January 5, 2026.
